Born in Puerto Rico and raised in the United States, I am proud to be part of the USCIS team, where I have the privilege of assisting individuals in navigating the process of adjusting their immigration status. As a bilingual professional, I derive great fulfillment from assisting clients from around the world, ensuring they feel heard, respected, and understood.
At Griffith Immigration, the role involves supporting the team by communicating with clients about the arrival of important documents such as Employment Authorization Documents (EAD), Lawful Permanent Resident cards (LPR), Social Security cards (SS), and travel documents. Responsibilities also include handling mail received at the office, notifying clients of USCIS appointments, scheduling meetings, organizing and scanning files, managing client communications, translating for Spanish-speaking clients, and performing general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
One of my greatest passions is serving the community. I believe in taking the time to make sure each person fully understands the legal information that affects their life. My goal is to provide compassionate, clear, and knowledgeable support to help build a more secure and hopeful future for those we serve.
