Bio
Carmen González is originally from the beautiful city of Antigua Guatemala and has always been proud of her Guatemalan roots. She is a devoted mother of three, to whom she has lovingly taught resilience, hard work, and dedication.
With over 10 years of experience in customer service, Carmen currently serves as one of the front desk receptionists at the Catonsville office. Bilingual in Spanish and English, she is known for her empathy and personalized approach to client care. As an immigrant herself, she understands the challenges many clients face, allowing her to offer compassionate support and the tools they need to navigate their immigration processes.
Carmen studied Law at the University of San Carlos of Guatemala and holds a Paralegal Certification from the state of Florida, as well as a Continuing Education Diploma in Immigration from the SVG Institute in Florida. Most recently, in 2025, she became a Notary Public for the state of Maryland.
Her passion for knowledge and dedication to empowering immigrant communities drive her continued growth in the legal and immigration field, with a strong commitment to serving those who need it most.
