Bio

Carmen González, originally from the beautiful city of Antigua Guatemala, is proud of her Guatemalan roots and is a mother of three. She brings over 10 years of experience in customer service and currently serves as one of the front desk receptionists at the Catonsville office. Bilingual in Spanish and English, Carmen is known for her empathy and personalized approach to client care. As an immigrant herself, she understands the challenges many of the clients face, allowing her to provide thoughtful support and the tools they need to navigate their immigration-related concerns.

Carmen studied law at the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, holds a Paralegal Certification from the state of Florida, and is currently furthering her education through a Continuing Education Diploma in Immigration offered by the SVG Institute in Florida. She is passionate about empowering immigrant communities and is committed to continuing her growth in the legal and immigration field to better serve those in need.
