Carmen González is a bilingual Billing Specialist with over a decade of experience in customer service, now expanding her expertise into financial operations within the legal field. Originally from the historic city of Antigua Guatemala, she brings a strong work ethic, cultural insight, and a deep commitment to serving immigrant communities.
She began her career with the firm as a front desk receptionist in the Catonsville office and was later promoted to the Finance and Billing Department, where she plays a key role in supporting both clients and internal teams. Carmen is recognized for her professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver efficient, client-centered solutions.
Fluent in Spanish and English, Carmen is known for her empathetic approach and her ability to build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds. As an immigrant, she understands firsthand the challenges individuals face, allowing her to provide compassionate and effective support throughout the legal process.
Carmen studied Law at the University of San Carlos of Guatemala and holds a Paralegal Certification from the State of Florida, along with a Continuing Education Diploma in Immigration from the SVG Institute. She is a Notary Public in the State of Maryland and is currently training to become a certified Immigration Interpreter (English–Spanish).
She is also a devoted wife and mother of three, to whom she has instilled the values of resilience, hard work, and dedication—principles that continue to shape both her personal life and professional commitment.
