Cynthia Diaz is the Marketing & Customer Service Manager at Griffith Immigration Law, where she plays a key role in shaping the client experience and ensuring the firm’s communications reflect both professionalism and compassion. She holds a Marketing degree from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) in Santo Domingo, along with certifications in Broadcasting and Community Management.
In her current position, Cynthia oversees client relations, communication strategies, and service improvement initiatives. She has led key projects, including the enhancement of customer service procedures and the successful implementation of a new phone system, streamlining communication and improving the client experience.
