Jerson was born and raised in the Philippines. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Prior to joining Griffith Immigration Law, Jerson was the IT and File Manager at Gallagher & Hansen, where he handled IT-related and case management matters, including database administration, computer technical support, case digitization, and litigation support.

At Griffith Immigration Law, Jerson works as the IT and File Manager, where he continues to handle IT-related issues and file management matters.

In his spare time, Jerson enjoys playing video games, eating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
