Dallany Palma Geronimo is a Law Clerk in the USCIS department at Griffith Immigration Law, where she assists with I-601A Waiver Applications, Mandamus Actions, and other USCIS matters.

Born in Guatemala and raised in the United States, Dallany is familiar with many of the circumstances and situations our clients face. Her goal is always to build a genuine connection with clients and make them feel heard and understood.

Dallany will be entering her second year at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in the fall of 2026, where she will participate in the Federal Immigration Clinic and work on cases before the Board of Immigration Appeals. She has been working at immigration firms since she was 18 years old and continually strives to expand her knowledge and experience in the field.
