Bio

Dariana Duarte is a member of our Customer Service Representative team. Born and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland, and is a proud daughter of immigrant parents from El Salvador and Guatemala. She is bilingual in Spanish and English and enjoys helping people out in both languages.  Dariana has an associate's degree in business and plans to continue pursing that in her future.  

Dariana brings in a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her role as her own family's immigration journey. She creates a welcoming environment where clients feel heard and supported. Dariana is very eager to work with the clients to help them understand their cases, and providing the highest level of customer service through this process. 

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, and going to try new places to eat, and as well as going to new dog parks with her dog.
